Well, um, it doesn’t really work

Well, I ordered it, can’t drink from it, I just get air half the time, gave it a few weeks to see if it would work and it doesn't. THIS ISNT ME TRYING TO SOUND RUDE, I LOVE MY WATERBOTTLE ENDELESSLY

Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed with the straw given with it as it's not as per the measurements of the bottle and can only be used if it's cut.
Upon raising query with customer service I was told we send this straw only. It has never been mentioned anywhere that it will not as per bottle's measurement.

Tall but work perfectly

I had some trouble with my original sipper lid leaking from under the screw top if the bottle was on its side. These new ones, while look kind of tall, are much better and seem to screw on further to prevent leaks. I also prefer this carry handle to the original. I love the cute colours to pair with my black bottle too!
