Drink bottle - ice melts in a couple of hours and water only remains cold for 3-4 hours max. Same with mug, coffee only remains hot/warm for a couple of hours. Disappointed.

Can not believe this product, truly fantastic, I put blocks of ice in it at 7 am and they were still solid at 7 pm I am truly blown away and will not use any other brand from here on, I love it
